Scholarships for Youth Involved in Juvenile Justice

The Bill Bankhead Scholarship Fund was established to assist
Juvenile Justice involved youth with the costs associated with post
secondary education. The scholarship is administered by the Florida
Juvenile Justice Foundation. An advisory board determines the recipients of the scholarship. The scholarships are awarded
annually in March during Juvenile Justice Week.

Summer Youth Program for Native Americans
The Florida Indian Youth Program is an intensive away from home educational experience provided for approximately 50 Native American youths each year by the Florida Governor’s Council on Indian Affairs, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation.
